World trade might be in an uptrend again

The Netherlands Bureau for Economic Public Policy Analysis publishes the best index of the world trade in goods. Yesterday they released data through November.

World trade was basically stagnant for about a year. It looks as if it might be turning up again, though we will have to wait a few more months to be sure:
