World trade growth trend intact

Yesterday the National Bureau of Economic Policy Analysis released world trade data through March. There is considerable fluctuation month-to-month, and in March the tick was down, but there is no evidence, despite worries of a global slowdown, that the trend rate of growth in trade was lower than its long-term average.
